Here’s the truth: we don’t need to worry about the seed oils in oat milk because they aren’t inflammatory or toxic. You would have to eat a ridiculous amount of oats to even reach the max limit for glyphosate. And yes, oats are higher in carbs, but if you like it then we can make it fit in a balanced diet.
